The mathematical model of furnace atmosphere, temperature and pressure shall be established to provide technical basis for process adjustment.

Machine learning models are used to predict the time at which accidents are most likely to occur, thus determining the best time to maintain critical equipment.

Install all kinds of testing instruments to monitor the key equipment of the annealing furnace, so as to detect problems in time and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
