中 ******任公司 受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，于****-**-*****招标网发布变更公告。本次招标采用传统招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1、招标条件
项目概况:***-2/23-5油田群位于南海北部湾盆地乌石凹陷的东部，距北部湾盆地目前在生产的涠洲油田群约80km，东距广东省雷州半岛乌石镇乌石港约13~25km。乌石17-2/23-5油田群开发工程项目采用联合开发方案，拟在海上新建2座八桩腿井口平台（WS17-2 WHPA和WS16-1W WHPA）和1座四桩腿无人值守井口平台（WS23-5 WHPA），在乌石镇新建1座陆上终端，另外新建3条海底混输管线、3条海底注水管线和3条海底复合电缆；3个平台的平台生产物流通过WS17-2 WHPA的海底混输管线输送至乌石终端进行处理，乌石终端处理合格的生产水通过WS17-2 WHPA海底注水管线回输各自平台进行回注。
