3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

2) In the period from January 1, 2013 to 7 days before the deadline for bidding this time, the bid products must satisfy the following performance requirements:*** extrusion granulator unit with the production capacity of 45 t/hour and above using the polypropylene process of LyondellBasell Spherizone multi-zone circulating reactor of 300,000 t/year (the time shall be subject to the signing time of contract), and the applied project must have passed performance appraisal and acceptance for at least one year (the certificate of performance assessment signed by user is required; the time should be subject to the signing time of the certificate).
