（2）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
****-**-**日起至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有至少1个合同下的1个板式换热器的供货业绩，且均满足换热功率不低于30000KW的技术要求。投标人须提交相关业绩证明文件。
From January 1, 2013 to the bidding deadline (based on the date of contract signing), the manufacturer of the products tendered by the bidder shall have supply performance for at least one plate heat exchanger under one contract, and both shall meet the technical requirements of heat exchange power not less than 30000KW. Bidders are required to submit relevant performance certification documents.

投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：***）销售合同复印件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：***、合同签署页（应有双方盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、换热功率及到货验收材料。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、换热功率及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。
Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed format and relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to:***) copies of sales contracts and 2) materials for acceptance upon arrival. The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents:***me, contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties),manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to reflect the contract signing time, manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
