3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:***) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2）The Bidder shall provide the performance of not less than 10 sets of high density polyethylene device for 300,000 t/a or more from January 1, 2013 to the bidding deadline (subject to the Contract signing time), whose volume shall not be less than 200 m3 polymerization reactor and whose mixer for polymerization reaction has been running continuously and steadily for more than 2 years and is still in use. The scanned copy of the Contract and the User Certificate shall be provided (including the first page, technical part and signature page of the Contract at least). Once the Contract could not reflect the above contents, other relevant valid supporting materials shall be provided, while the original documents shall be for reference.
3) If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide the authorization letter of the HDPE mixer manufacturer. Only one agent is accepted for the bidding of the same brand and model products, and the authorization letter issued for this project (provide the scanned copy of the authorization letter) is not accepted. At the same time, the agent shall provide an agent product sales contract signed by the agent.
