4)投标人及制造商未处于被中国石化给予风险停用、违约停用处理期内，以开标当日招标人现场查询为准。

5)投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance:***)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;

2)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required;

3） Until December 31, 2021 (based on the contract signing date), the bidder's brand of valves shall have at least 2 sets F91 valves supply performance within the territory of the People's Republic of China in Ethylene that have been success-fully operated for more than one year (Each performance quantity is not less than 10 sets, with a diameter of not less than NPS10). The products provided in the performance must be produced in the same country of origin as the bidding products.A performance table (including the contact person and contact infor-mation of the end-user), drawings and a copy of the contract (including at least the signing time of the contract, project name, equipment name, device name, valve specifications, valve quantity, signature page, supply scope page; if the contract cannot show requirements mentioned above, bidders shall provide technical agreement or data sheet or relevant drawing copy matching the con-tract), if the performance proof materials provided in the bid do not meet the above requirements, they will be considered as invalid performance.
